Thank you for your patience and support as Best Time Watch Repair moves from a walk-in retail model to a mail-in only service.

This is not a business closing. We are restructuring our intake process so we can continue performing repairs in a way that best supports the future of the business. After many years of growth at our retail location, moving to a mail-in model allows us to better manage workflow, maintain efficiency, and continue providing the high-quality service our clients expect.

With only one horologist performing the repair work, this change helps us focus more effectively on incoming jobs while keeping standards high.

All repairs are still performed locally.

 

To send in a timepiece for estimate or repair, please securely package it and ship it to:

Please include your contact information and a brief note explaining the issue or service requested. We also recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If your repair is already completed or in progress, we are coordinating directly with clients to ensure each timepiece is returned safely and properly.
